Founded in 2015, Bowen Search Partners was focused on In-House Counsel recruiting exclusively for the pharmaceutical industry. Our legal recruiting expertise quickly grew to include regional and national Law Firm clients and In-House Counsel roles for several regulated industries. Our pharmaceutical search expertise accelerated to also include corporate roles in legal, operations, consulting, sales and marketing, medical and scientific, and technology.

Adam Bowen - Founder & Managing Partner
Adam Bowen is the Founder & Managing Partner of Bowen Search Partners, a recruiting firm delivering reliable speed, accuracy, and expertise proven to result in successful hiring decisions. Since founding Bowen Search in 2015, and with a career milestone of over 250 successful placements, Adam has become widely recognized by leading industry analysts as a top talent acquisition partner.
Adam started his talent acquisition career at Rice Cohen International which is one of the largest retained executive search firms in North America. In this role, Adam reported to the Managing Partner, Gene Rice, and led recruitment for many of the firm’s largest clients. Adam consistently performed at the highest level and was a President’s Club winner every year.
Prior to launching Bowen Search, Adam led sales and recruiting teams for the global staffing agency Starpoint Solutions. Adam found quick success and in his first year he earned the New Hire of the Year award. In the following years he won the firms most prestigious honor and was named Starpoint Star for outstanding achievement.
Adam is very active in the local community serving on the advisory board for several small businesses and he is a dedicated volunteer for multiple charitable foundations. Adam is a graduate of Council Rock High School North and Cabrini University, where he was an honor student and member of the basketball teams. Adam lives with his daughter Mila and son James in suburban Philadelphia.
