Adam Bowen - Founder & President

Adam Bowen is the Founder & President of Bowen Search International; a talent acquisition company delivering reliable speed, accuracy, and expertise proven to result in successful hiring decisions. Throughout his career, Adam has placed over 250 people earning him recognition by leading industry analysts as a top talent acquisition executive and trusted expert for Private Equity investors, Healthcare & Life Sciences organizations, Technology companies, and Sports, Media, and Entertainment businesses.

Adam started his talent acquisition career at Rice Cohen International which is one of the largest retained executive search firms in North America. In this role, Adam reported to the Managing Partner, Gene Rice, and led recruitment for many of the firm’s largest clients. Adam consistently performed at the highest level and was a President’s Club winner every year.

Prior to launching Bowen Search, Adam led sales and recruiting teams for the global staffing agency Starpoint Solutions. Adam found quick success and in his first year he earned the New Hire of the Year award. In the following years he won the firms most prestigious honor and was named Starpoint Star for outstanding achievement.

Adam is very active in the local community serving on the advisory board for several small businesses and he is a dedicated volunteer for multiple charitable foundations. Adam is a graduate of Council Rock High School North and Cabrini University, where he was an honor student and member of the basketball teams. Adam lives with his daughter Mila and son James in suburban Philadelphia.
