Adam Bowen - Founder & President
Adam Bowen is the Founder & President of Bowen Search; a talent acquisition company delivering reliable speed, accuracy, and expertise proven to result in successful hiring decisions. Throughout his career, Adam has completed over 250 executive search engagements, with many of those placements for Fortune 100 companies. Adam has been recognized by leading industry analysts as a top Healthcare & Life Sciences recruitment executive and talent acquisition partner.
Prior to launching Bowen Search, Adam managed sales and recruiting projects for the global staffing agency Yoh Services / Starpoint Solutions. Adam found quick success and was honored for winning the new hire of the year award and the firm's top performance award the following year.
Adam started his career at Rice Cohen International which is one of the largest retained executive search firms in North America. In this role, Adam reported to the Managing Partner, Gene Rice, and led recruitment for many of the firms largest clients. During this time, Adam consistently performed at the highest level and was a President’s Club winner every year.
Adam is very active in the local community serving on the advisory board for several small businesses and he is a dedicated volunteer for multiple charitable foundations. Adam is a graduate of Council Rock High School North and Cabrini University; where he was an honor student and member of the basketball teams. In his free time he enjoys coaching basketball and playing golf. Adam lives with his daughter Mila and son James in suburban Philadelphia.
