Adam Bowen - Founder & CEO

Adam Bowen is the Founder & CEO of Bowen Search International; a talent acquisition company delivering reliable speed, accuracy, and expertise proven to result in successful hiring decisions. Throughout his career, Adam has completed over 250 executive search engagements, with many of those placements for Fortune 100 companies. Adam has been recognized by leading industry analysts as a top talent acquisition executive.

Prior to launching Bowen Search, Adam led sales and recruiting for the global staffing agency Starpoint Solutions. Adam found quick success and in his first year he earned the New Hire of the Year" award. In the following years he won the firms most prestigious honor and was named Starpoint Star for outstanding achievement.

Adam started his career at Rice Cohen International which is one of the largest retained executive search firms in North America. In this role, Adam reported to the Managing Partner, Gene Rice, and led recruitment for many of the firms largest clients. During this time, Adam consistently performed at the highest level and was a President’s Club winner every year.

Adam is very active in the local community serving on the advisory board for several small businesses and he is a dedicated volunteer for multiple charitable foundations. Adam is a graduate of Council Rock High School North and Cabrini University, where he was an honor student and member of the basketball teams. Adam lives with his daughter Mila and son James in suburban Philadelphia.
