Adam Bowen is the Founder & CEO of Bowen Search International; a talent acquisition company delivering reliable speed, accuracy, and expertise proven to result in successful hiring decisions. Throughout his career, Adam has completed over 250 executive search engagements, with many of those placements for Fortune 100 companies. Adam has been recognized by leading industry analysts as a top Healthcare & Life Sciences talent acquisition executive. 

Prior to launching Bowen Search, Adam and his recruiting teams led strategic projects for the global staffing agency Starpoint Solutions. Adam found quick success and was honored by winning the New Hire of the Year award and the firm's Top Performer award the following year. 

Adam started his career at Rice Cohen International which is one of the largest retained executive search firms in North America. In this role, Adam reported to the Managing Partner, Gene Rice, and led recruitment for many of the firms largest clients. During this time, Adam consistently performed at the highest level and was a President’s Club winner every year. 

Adam is very active in the local community serving on the advisory board for several small businesses and he is a dedicated volunteer for multiple charitable foundations. Adam is a graduate of Council Rock High School North and Cabrini University, where he was an honor student and member of the basketball teams. In his free time; he enjoys basketball, golf, and horse racing. Adam lives with his daughter Mila and son James in suburban Philadelphia.

Dan Marks is the Vice President of Recruiting for Bowen Search International; a talent acquisition company delivering reliable speed, accuracy, and expertise proven to result in successful hiring decisions. Dan is responsible for leading global recruitment operations.

Dan started his talent acquisition career at the prestigious LF Group where he was a valued employee often receiving accolades from executive leadership for his transformation of the talent acquisition department. Dan and his team were responsible for the recruitment of senior staff members in Sales & Marketing, Technology, Finance, and Human Resources. Dan is known for his exceptional people skills, detailed recruiting process, and innovative strategies. 

Dan arrived at Bowen Search shortly after it's inception and has been an integral member ever since. Dan immediately implemented talent acquisition best practices across the organization with an emphasis on Bowen Search's core values of relationships, confidentiality, and honest service. His impact and improvement on recruiting operations has helped grow Bowen Search from a regional executive search firm to a global talent acquisition solutions company. Dan has grown to become a highly respected and conveted recruitment executive. 

Dan is an avid Philadelphia 76ers and Philadelphia Eagles fan and is a very active member in his local church. Dan and his family live in Suburban Philadelphia.
